You are experiencing a shift from loving your job to now disliking it
You feel a sense inefficiency both at work and at home
You are feeling stuck, just going through the motions?
Procrastination is almost a way of life
You are worried about not meeting expectations
You think things like “What if someone notices that I don’t actually know what you are doing?”
Regretting not speaking up in that meeting? Regretting speaking up?
You would ask for help, but... (if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself)

a simple framework to help you protect yourself against the pitfalls of perfectionism.
I am thrilled that somehow, our paths have crossed. As a registered nurse of more than 30 years now, and a Board Certifice Nurse Coach, I see every day how hard it is to get your goals when you don't feel good. Whether that be physically, emotionally or spiritually - it is all connected.
I used to think that perfectionism was a flaw that I had to overcome. I know now that it is a gift to embrace, a strength to leverage as I strive to show up in the way that I want to - to live fully, love openly, imagine and inspire beyond what is others tell me is realistic or possible.
Let's stop confusing perfectionism and excellence with blind ambition and relentless exhausting standards - and go for our dreams!
I believe in you!
I'm on the journey with you!
And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.
